This is a slight modification (or maybe AddOn) of @TheMakerSphere's Mass MTG Tokens - Custom Token Counters for Magic the Gathering. I strongly recommend to read his model description and referenced web pages before creating your own token prints.
TL;DR Start
- Buy sticker paper to print the token on ("Printable Holographic Sticker Paper" looks simply amazing, I took those from amazon.de)
- Design your token cover (read the original manual) while respecting the “Fan Content Policy Wizards of the Coast LLC”
- READ the policy, there is no way around it
- Print your design on sticker paper (classic InkJet, not with the 3d Printer ;-))
- Print each included STL once, No supports or brims or rafts, 15% infill, PLA works fine
- For the wheels (the four files are slightly different each) do a color change/M600 for the numbers (howto depends on your slicer)
- I recommend printing the wheels with numbers down (facing the build plate) for better quality
- For the top a flat build plate is preferred as the sticker will stick better (for my sticker paper the textured PEI is fine)
- Print the cutting template, use it to draw the cutlines
- Cut the paper (incl. the windows)
- Assemble everything
TL;DR End
