Multi-Radius Curve System for Carrera Evolution & Digital (1/32 & 1/24)

A fully modular curve library spanning radii R0.25 through R10—not offered by Carrera off the shelf—so you can expand your track possibilities well beyond the commercial range. Each radius pack contains:

• Inner & Outer Borders: Snap-in sidewalls for realistic track-edge detailing (and drifting!)

• Conductor Variants:

  • Original Rails (reuse your Carrera Evolution/Digital metal conductors)

  • Braided Rails (bring your metal braid)

• Angle Modules: Tailored to each radius—smaller curves come in larger segment angles, larger curves in finer increments

Printing Guidelines

• Ensure the track top faces towards the print bed

• Utilize a textured sheet for better adhesion

• Suitable printing materials: PLA or PETG

• Use light supports; bridges are designed to be compatible with small supports

• For Large curves consider adding “elephant ears” (small circular tabs) at the ends to prevent lifting and improve first-layer adhesion and heating the bed more than usual.
