Blind Puzzle Box - Easy Print Remix, with Inner Compartment

This is a remodeling remix of Clarkerubber's excellent Blind Puzzle Box. I rebuilt it as best as I could while addressing some issues I had with my print of the original box, but I unfortunately wasn't able to replicate the really nice knurling texture on the exterior of the original.

Only the "B" version of Clarkerubber's model was remixed here. Also, note that the maze itself is mirrored versus the original "B" design.

Some things that changed:

• This remix is larger, which might help with some strength and tolerancing issues.
• I've added a lidded storage compartment, partially to increase stiffness at the guide pin so it couldn't slip out, and partially to practice modeling and using threads.
• The interior of the original was difficult to print, with many steep overhangs on interior curves. The original model required a lot of difficult cleanup for me. This was fixed by modeling with a max overhang angle of 45°.
• The inner tube could just be pulled free and straight out (or pushed in) with fairly low force. Everything is more structurally sound in this remix.
• The maze could be escaped once the inner tube was near the top simply by misaligning the two tubes. This was fixed by adding an extension wall that lengthens the outer tube above the maze.

• The inner tube in the remix sits closer to the outer tube, and therefore has less tolerance. To avoid problems with seams, two seam relief notches were modeled on the inner tube. This should help the slicer choose a good seam location point. Note: green partial models that were printed in the attached pictures were proof-of-concept models only. Note that the orange print was also a prototype version of the maze. See the .stl renderings and actual files for more information.

  These parts should be printable by any printer that can hold a 0.2 mm tolerance in a tolerance test.
