Description
This is a stock for the Skewer. It replaces the BackCap, and the T pull. It replaces no other parts.
The stock is basically a modified version of my SkewBow design's stock. So this is basically putting a modified 1995 Crossbow stock onto your Skewer!
This kit uses 2x 10-32 7.75 inch threaded rods, and 4x 10-32 nuts.
All STLs were exported in print orientation. STEP and F3D source files are also included.
Print all parts at 5 walls, 20% infill for best results. I recommend Gyroid infill.
Some parts might turn out cleaner if you use supports, though it isn't strictly necessary.
The MidStockA and MidStockB have a little built-in brim in where it interlocks with the StockBack. Remove these brims before assembly.
To assemble, build your Skewer as normal. Once it is done, then add on the stock parts.
Make sure the threaded rods don't poke out the back of the stock. If they do, thread them in further.
When adding the stock, make sure the T pull is rotated correctly. The slightly longer side faces down.
