BK1S/BK2S LVOA 7.7"/9.5" Handguard (MLOK compatible)

This handguard for the BK1S/2S replicates the look of the LVOA AR handguard in a 9.5" length. It is compatible with the handguard nut that comes with the blaster, as well as the original screw and nut. All MLOK slots are functional. The picatinny rails are attached via M2.6x8mm self-tapping screws (aka “Nerf screws”).

The handguard is able to be printed standing up on Ender 3 size and Bambu X1C printers (250mm height minimum).

Update 07 June 2025: by popular demand, I have made a shorter handguard (7.7"/196mm) for those running 20cm barrels or shorter.

Print instructions: print the handguard on its nose with brims for best results. The handguard shown in the picture is printed at a 0.2mm layer height. The picatinny rails can be printed laid flat on the bed.

I have included an alternate handguard model that has looser tolerances for the handguard nut area (+0.1mm over the standard file).
