Boat with a connection for Lego bricks

This is a boat for a water ride with a connection for Lego large building blocks. The boat and the plate for the bricks are printed separately. The plate is glued on. This makes printing much easier. I use UHU ALLPLAST special adhesive.

The connecting plate can be printed without any problems. For the boat, I recommend printing it upright, as shown in the picture, and creating a support structure from the print bed to the tip.

I recommend a resolution of 0.15mm (Prusa MK4) or 0.16mm (Bambulab A1). This will take a little longer to print, but the structures on the curves will be much more precise.

All Fusion360 files are included so that remixes can be created more easily.

Dies ist ein Boot für eine Wasserbahn mit einem Anschluss für grosse Lego Bausteine. Das Boot und die Platte für die Steine werden getrennt gedruckt. Die Platte wird aufgeklebt. Der Druck ist damit deutlich einfacher. Als Klebstoff benutze ich UHU ALLPLAST Spezialkleber.

Die Anschlussplatte kann problemlos gedruckt werden. Beim Boot empfehe ich es aufrecht, wie im Bild zu sehen, zu drucken und eine Stützstruktur vom Druckbett in die Spitze zu erzeugen.

Als Auflösung empfehle ich 0.15mm (Prusa MK4) oder 0.16mm (Bambulab A1). Damit dauert der Druck zwar etwas länger, aber die Strukturen an den Rundungen werden wesentlich präziser.

Alle Fusion360 Dateien liegen dabei damit Remixe einfacher erstellt werden kann.
