Pieces of these dimensions can be difficult to remove - there is a subtle indentation in the ends of the model to give some more grip on the piece - however I would recommend leaving a small gap to give some prying room.
Due to the filleted interface between the ‘nub’ for the Bluey toys, lower layer heights work better. I would also suggest printing with a brim due to the low surface area of the model. Supports shouldn't be required due to the short bridged area.
The Lego piece will need a dialled in printer, the pictured print is .2mm layer height in 3D Fillies Premium PLA+
UPDATE 9-9-24 - Added new file to connect to Lego (or compatible) bricks.
