FAO Schwartz Electronic Laser Tag Vest Receiver Repair

The FAO Schwartz Laser Tag electronic game includes a “vest” containing the receiver which signals a hit from the opponent's laser gun.  The vest includes straps which connect the receiver via 4 brackets.  The brackets often fail as the vests are put on, taken off, or during play.  There is a groove running the length of the brackets that makes them weak on the corners where most breaks occur.

This re-designed bracket eliminates most of the groove adding strength to the weak parts.  Print on the flat back side at 0.1mm and 100% infill for the best strength.  No supports needed.
