Its floating and flexible design ensures endless entertainment in the water, making it an ideal companion for beach outings and pool parties.

Printing Instructions:

Printing the Vortex Beach Blast is straightforward with these specific configurations:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm or higher 

• Infill: 0% 

• Number of perimeters: Minimum 3

• Material: TPU 98A or softer

Assembling the Vortex Beach Game requires a bit of force. Insert the tail into the body and lock it in place by making a back-and-forth rotational movement until the two pieces fit snugly. This design is compatible with printers like the MK4 format.
 

Tool Objective:

The objective is simple: provide a fun and engaging game for beach and water activities. The Vortex Beach Blast, inspired by the athletics vortex, floats on water, ensuring it’s always easy to retrieve. Perfect for both casual play and competitive fun, it’s a great way to enhance your beach or pool experience.

Help Us Improve the Model:

The Vortex Beach Blast is currently in Beta Testing, and we are making modifications to improve its aerodynamics and stability in flight. Currently, we have encountered difficulties when throwing against moderate wind. We have noticed that making a stable pitch is easier if held in its center of gravity between the body and the tail like a pen.

Our insights for improvement include:

• Lightening the tail while maintaining some rigidity

• Changing the tail shape

• Adjusting the proportions between the body and the tail

• Creating a smaller model, suitable for small-format printers like the Prusa Mini
