2-to-1 Train Track

This is a model compatible with and designed after the piece Y-6-MMM (I'm calling this one Y-6-MMF to mimic their naming convention) from Thomas & Friends Clackity Track that came with the Knapford Station play set. I tested it with both Knapford Station and Brendam Docks.

This track piece turns the double exits on either play set into a single track. In this version, two of the connections points (that are spaced to connect to the play set bases) are male and the single track end is a female connector, allowing for more loops to be built back to the play set without a FF or MM coupler. I have also made a version with all male connectors like the original piece.

I made this because Knapford only came with two pieces and we'd like to use all four lanes in our train track builds, realizing it worked with Brendam Docks as well was a happy accident. I made more standard style connection pieces than the plastic ones on the original piece which I think are better for connecting to other tracks if they aren't used with the play sets. 

Printed with supports, I found I could not get a satisfactory result with my printers bridging ability, but your mileage may vary.
