Description
Thanks to push2flush I have just added a token that I had missed… The Directional Target. This is now designed, uploaded and ready to print. I have updated the pictures too.
I have uploaded a newer version of the wind arrow. The original slot system was slightly too small to fit the Wind Direction Hex - This has now been increased in size. Please let me know if there are any other problems.
A new multi-part Sentry Gun has just been added. This is so you do not need supports with it. ‘Sentry’ is the main part, ‘Gun’ is the gun part (2 needed), and ‘Gun with hole’ is an alternative to ‘Gun’ if you want your Sentry Gun to have holes in the barrels of the gun. The gun barrels (smaller diameter) may or may not need a touch of glue to the end, then push them fully into the sentry's holes.
I have just received my Kickstarter Collector's Edition of Mantic's Worms! board game.
I decided to make 3D tokens, as that is the only thing lacking. I have made every token available (with correctly sized bases, so as not to overfill the hex's) including the 3 collectors edition of the ‘Freeze’, ‘Electromagnet’ and ‘Sentry Gun’ tokens.
I copied the artwork as close as posible and made some improvements over others (The target token for one). I was going to make the ‘Sentry Gun’ more complicated, but that would detract it from the ‘comic like’ artwork in the game. In the pictures above, the lines on the crater tokens are only in the picture and not on the stl file. I don't know why Tinkercad does this sometimes.
None of these tokens have been tested as both my 3D printers are down at the moment. They should all print without supports except the ‘Sentry Gun’. Due to the guns sticking out as they do, they will need some sort of support in order to print them. Tree supports may be the best, but if you prefer other supports, then feel free to use what you will.
The Wind Direction Hex and arrow (pointer) have been given a slot system so that when you turn the arrow to the selected wind direction, the arrow should not move if knocked as it slots into the direction selected until moved again.
The models were designed in colour (matching the artwork in most places) and I have included pictures of them all with their file name(s), in case you wish to paint them. I don't have any technology for full colour prints even though that would be cool if I could print them in full colour.
Please click the LIKE (Heart) Button if you like my models. If you REALLY like them, then please also buy me a coffee at the bottom of the page. Thank you.
Do you want to be able to sell any or ALL of my prints shown here on Printables.com?
