Delta Effector for E3DV6 & 2x 40mm fans

I have built a delta printer (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:923830) with magnetic ball joints. These magnetic joints works really well in 19 of 20 prints, no backlash etc. BUT, every once in a while they come loose in the middle of a print, especially if it is a tricky one with a lot of intermittent printing.

So, in order to increase the reliability I am going to try the more traditional ball joints to see what that is like. The new effector features:

• 2x 40mm fans (more quiet and capable than 30mm ones)
• Each fan cools both hot end and printed part (I mostly print PLA)
• Raised hot end position provide some more build height
• Fits common traxxas joints (but I will be using joints from MP Jet)
