UPDATE 3/12/2016
I am uploading the files I used to make the X-gantry Right side work for my build, There are 3 files, One is the final piece that worked for me, the other 2 are the component pieces I used to make the final.
I used Net-Fabb to cut the original and MeshLab to realign the 2 pieces. It was trial and error for me.but it worked, I also used the pin on the original for the bearing. NOTE: I went this way because I was using my original carriage with the belt tensioner I put up here.If you use different parts you will have to adjust for that somehow.

Added LCD panel and mount, mechanical z-probe and bracket. (manual setup) Switched to Repetier firmware which made it easier to setup the LCD panel and tweak other settings.

I made one. It's a homogenization of all of these plus some other mods of my own. Currently in tweaking phase, I've done calibrations and have printed some bridges.

This used most of the files from this thing and also other designs from this person.
