These 4 restriction enzyme blocks can be used to model how they work, and how gene splicing / recumbent DNA works. The blocks also show how many restriction enzymes are palindromes with sticky ends.

Your students will enjoy simulating genetic engineering with this expansion set.

This features EcoRI, BamHI, Hindll, and Kpnl Restriction enzymes. There are over 600 of these restriction enzymes used in gene splicing.
