Description
Simple chalkboard designed in OpenSCAD using rounded square example found on Thingiverse.
Slightly smaller than 200x200 (largest I can do on Da Vinci 1.0)
Printed with cheap Inland glow-in-the-dark filament from Microcenter.
Use any light source to make it light up at night, great for putting the kids to bed. A UV light will make it especially brilliant!
In this video I am using the UV pen that comes in Ido3d kits, but any UV light from Amazon or elsewhere will work great.
There are two verions, original is thin, and flimsy. Second version is thick, and will not bend or warp.
Add some decoration, like the Monarch butterflies pictured, also on Thingiverse.
