Drill out the 2partbar and the eyehingecurve with a 3mm bit.
Tap the servohorns with 3mm tap
The servohorns should press fit onto the output shaft, try heating up the horn on a 60c heated bed for a bit if it's too tight.
Definitely use 3mm bolts to tighten everything down. All joints should be slightly stiff, not so tight as to bind the servos, but there should be no slop or play.
Everything else should be the same as the original v2 instructions.

This remix incorporates the following changes:

• Spaced the eyes farther apart
• Eyes pivot left right along center of eye
• Eye Supports modified for Microsoft Lifecam HD-3000
• LeftRight and UpDown brackets beefed up
• Uses printed ServoHorn (3mm bolt joint, beefier)
• Several parts slightly reshaped to increase range of motion
