I photo-scanned this using Autodesk Memento. It didn't come out as well as I would have liked. I touched it up and re-sculpted it to make it more presentable. Please do not use this for commercial purposes or financial gain. DO NOT SELL THIS ON EBAY!

I also have one that I sculpted from scratch in my designs if anyone is interested, though it is not as screen accurate as this one.
