Customizable y-mold for headphones

This mold was created to repair a set of headphones that had a broken connection at the point where each earbud met the main wire.

Once the damaged connection is repaired, print out this mold and cast a new one from SUGRU.

If you've never played with Sugru, go check out their videos. It's a siliconized rubber that you can mold like a putty, but it cures overnight into an extremely durable rubber overnight.
