Tunnelsystem fuer Kaninchen; tunnel system for rabbits

Zur Verwendung mit 160mm Rohren aus dem Baumarkt.
Damit können mehrere Kaninchenställe sicher verbunden werden. Auch zum schnellen Auf- und Abbau geeignet.
Der Auslass, zum Einbau in die Stallwandung, hat ein Außengewinde. Auf das Gewinde kann ein Deckel zum sicheren Verschließen der Öffnung geschraubt werden.
Der Innendurchmesser beträgt ca. 162mm, damit die Rohre verschiebbar sind. Die Auslässe sollten deshalb nicht scaliert werden. Somit muss der Deckel (Deckel-Gewinde.stl) etwas größer im Durchmesser gedruckt werden (z.B. 102% auf x und y im Slicer) damit das Gewinde läuft.
Zum Testen habe ich zwei Testdateien für das Gewinde erstellt.

Die Rohrstützen sind ebenfalls mit Gewinde versehen und somit verstellbar.
Das obere Teil der Stütze ist zum einfacheren Druck zweiteilig und muss zusammengeklebt werden. Der Gabelteil (Staender_oben_ohne.stl sollte liegend gedruckt werden. Dann wird die Gabel stabieler und es wird nur wenig Support benötigt.

Bei der Stütze muss das untere Teil (Staender_unten_gr.stl) etwas kleiner gedruckt werden (z.B. 98% auf x und y im Slicer).

To use with tubes with 160mm Diameter (in Germany available at "Homedepot" like stores).
You can connect several rabbit staples or you can use the system to let your rabbits out on the lawn in a safe way.
The outlet has a thread. You can print a cover, also with a thread, for closing the outlet, when it's not needed.
For an properly working thread, you have to print the cover a little bit bigger in the Diameter (f.e. 102% on x and y in the slicer).
There are two testfiles for the outlet thread.

The supports for the tubes also have a thread.
The upper part of the tube support are two parts. You have to glue them together. Print the most upper part (Staender_oben_ohne.stl) in lying Position.

Print the lower part of the tube Support (Staender_unten_gr.stl) a Little bit smaller in the Diameter (f.e. 98% on x and y in the slicer). Attention: Don't reduce the hight, because the thread will be squeezed and then don't work properly)
