Description

I designed this to make locking my door electronic. I used the parts I had laying around. You can make your own electronics and program or use my Arduino sketch which is available in the "Custom Section" bellow. I like to think it's well documented, but if anything is uncloear, just ask in the comments. I swear to reply as soon as I can. To make the whole thing you will need:
-NEMA17 stepper
-Arduino (I used Nano V3, but any will work)
-Stepper driver module (I used A4988 because I had it laying around)
-A room
-A door
-A key for your door
-5V power supply for arduino and 12V for the NEMA17
-Matrix keyboard from ebay
-A few pushbuttons

Anyway.... You need to print 2 parts: the main part, that screws onto your door and the key adapter which attaches to your NEMA17 with an M3 screw and nut and hold your key. The distance between a key and the motor is adjustable. If your key is different in dimensions I can make a different size adapter, just ask for it.

There is also an .stl for a wall/door-mounted matrix keypad, the wire is supposed to go through the wall/door.
