I have tried many pan&tilt systems on here but non of them gave me strong and easy fitting parts.
So I decided to make my own.
- Its easy to assemble (If not let me know!!! I can change it).
- Different options for you to chose.
- Compact design.
Parts needed to compleet:
- M3x10 Screw
- 2x 9gram Servo
Optional parts:
Tools needed:
Screwdriver
Hotglue-gun or other glue if you don't like that.
Instructions:
(every photo is a step)
- (Optional) insert M3x4 Press-nut in Part C
- Glue servo in Part A1 (or A2 if you like that mount)
- Glue servo horn in Part B. (don't glue it up side down)
sand down flush if needed.
- Put the servo horn on the servo (Don't forget to center your servo's)
- Glue Part C on Part B
- insert the servo screw
- Glue the second servo in Part C
- Glue the small servo horn in part D1 (Or part D2 if that fits you camera better)
- Glue Part E over the servo horn
- Put the servo wire over the servo and put Part D* on the servo.
(if the servo is centered Part D* should be angled up a bit)
- Now go to the other side of Part D* and put (Optional: a M3 ring in between Part C and D*) M3x10 screw inside
This must be a little lose as this part should move.
- Go back and put the servo screw in the servo.
And your done!.
Thanks for making and please let me know wen it isn't working for you!
