As my E3D after some time started to move a little bit, I decided to add 2 3 mm holes and a mount piece that would hold the connecting part of the E3D pretty tight in there .
The only downfall is that you need to add really long 3 mm bolts, I have some but they are not so common .
Better solution would be to not go through with the holes and just add some captive nuts so that normal 30 mm bolts can be used to tighten the E3D .
I started editing this so I can mount an E3D Lite hotend, the 6 mm version with 2 mm offset on the bottom and support for the fan on the left is the latest version that fits with my other gantry, extruder etc . for the Printrbot to have a direct drive extruder and also the much shorter E3D hotend .
This is not tested yet, I am still using the original version with some shims that space properly the hotend and the extruder but I already printed the latest version and will put some photo when it is mounted .
