Full mounting kit table P802Q Steel Zonestar

Pour cette fois et toujours dans le but d'amméliorer mon imprimante Zonestar P802Q steel
je vous propose ce kit complet de fixations ,qui ce compose de 10 morceaux .

• 2 supports pour l'arriere pour brider la machine au sol et avoir la même hauteur des deux cotés sur les barres de l'axe Y.

• 2 supports pour l'avant, qui permette aussi d'avoir la même hauteur des deux cotes sur l'axe Y tout en bridant la machine au sol .

• 2 équerres en 2 parties réglables qui permette de bridé les deux moteur de l'axe Z au sol en renforçant la stabilitée globale de la machine.

ils vous faudra en plus :
14 vis M3 x 12
6 écrous M3
4 vis M4 x 10

• ne pas hésité ,c'est même primordial ,a ébavuré les trous avant montage pour les barres Z ,ça vous éviteras de forcer trop pour les emboiter .

• et démonté une bonne partie de la machine pour le montage des équerres , mais je vous assure que ça vaut le coup !!!

Apres test ,l'imprimante est bien plus stable et on le ressent tout de suite sur le rendu d'impression .
Si les vibrations de la planche vous dérange vous avez la possibilité de placer de la mousse sous la planche sans déréglé votre machine à chaque fois . Maintenant vous pouvez aussi déplacer votre machine sans la déréglé :)

I offer this complete set of fasteners, which it consists of 10 pieces.

• 2 Brackets for the rear to bridle the machine to the floor and have the same height on both sides on the bars of the Y axis

• 2 supports for the front, which also allows to have the same height on both sides in the Y direction while clamping the machine to the ground.

• 2 Squares two adjustable parts which enables the two flanged-axis motor Z to ground strengthening the overall stability and control of the machine.

they will need more:
14 M3 x 12
6 nuts M3
4 M4 x 10

• do not hesitate, it is even essential, has trimmed before the mounting holes for the Z bar, it will avoid you to force too to follow suit.

• and dismantled much of the machine for mounting brackets, but I assure you it's worth it !!!

After test, the printer is more stable and we feel it right away on the print rendering.
If the board vibrations mind you have the option of placing the foam under the board of adjustment without your machine every time. Now you can also move your machine without the inordinate :)
