LPA Fanduct v5.5 for E3Dv6 & Stock hotend + 40mm adapters

Here's a new version of my fanduct for people using either E3Dv6 or Stock hotends and want to use 40mm fan instead of the poor 30mm one.

2 versions of the fanduct are available :

• 1 for E3Dv6/Stock hotends with standard nozzle
• 1 for E3Dv6/Stock hotends with VOLCANO nozzle

Offsets for BLTouch :
X= +39
Y= -47
