Compact Bowden Extruder adjusted for Tatsu drive gear and ultimaker frame

I love the compact bowden extruder, but as always, I needed it slightly different for my application. My changes include:

1. slightly farther out idler, to accomodate tatsu drive gear
2. slightly different idler shape, so it fits
3. ultimaker noise-reduction frame mount
4. longer filament enclosure after the drive gear, to prevent buckling
5. space for a tube to gently sit on the bottom for a reverse bowden.
