Hello ,
sometimes a go I started to try to print a Fountain Pen for myself.
After printing my first pen on Fountain Pen Network Forum , one member contacted me to create a design we could release on Thingiverse.

Design done using Openscad.
All the threads are done in printing , no extra tool needed.
The Nib unit is a JOWO #6 you can source widely , that goes inside the part called section.

Here it is . The pen is just above 14cm long and 13.5mm diameter.
