this is the most fun toy
the bolts should be printed in pla as it is a much more solid material than abs and not as easy to shear

i was going to add the bolts as sets of 12 but i have tried to print the bolts as sets with abs and have found out that the head of the nut shears from the threaded part real easily no mater what the infill is set to and the dim of the threaded part are larger than the design so it is best to print each bolt as 1 piece takes longer but they are much stronger and print accurately that way this just might be my filament but this is just a heads up if you try more than 1 at a time you might have better luck with pla in sets right now i do not have pla in the right colors but i will try when i get some

everything is exact measurements of the original parts except the wheel insert that is made so that the new wheels that you print spin on the insert as the original is of poor design and does not turn when the bolt is tightened

no supports are required for all but the rubber tires and wrench those are the only parts that require supports

the rubber tires can be printed in either flex or solid filament as the rim is in 2 parts like a truck tire
