Prusa i3 Titan Aero carriage & fan duct

This is a carriage for a i3-based printer to hold an E3D Titan Aero extruder, and an optional 18mm/12mm inductive sensor and 50mm radial fan.

It is made to work optimally with the following components:

• Works both with the old tension screw and newer thumb screw on the updated Titan extruder
• Intended to be used with toolson's X endstop holder: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037870

This is a modular design, so if you need an attachment for a particular sensor, it might be possible to modify/create a sensor holder to your needs.

This is a compact design, with low clearances. Make sure you use insulation on the hotend block to protect the carriage and keep temperatures up when blowing with the layer fan. More info about the one I'm using here: http://e3d-online.com/Socks-Launch

2017-05-08: Replaced the fan vent to a new design that reaches around to both sides, the previous one did not work as well as I had hoped. If you have the old one, I recommend printing version 2 instead.
