Edit 04/2019 : On request, I added a shim for the Bl Touch and an offseted fan mount for a volcano hot end. Not tested!
Front Carriage
Titan extruder mount remixed from
the dorsai3d's one with 2 offsets :
-an offset on Y axis for steppers that are not pancake. It gives enough space for the belt attachment screws.
-and an offset on Z axis to set the titan above the front frame rail (rail N). It allows to earn back some print volume on Y axis. See also
this thing to get the full Y axis print volume.
There is a support part to remove in the sink fan area.
Also a mount for a Bl Touch. It needs 2 M3 nylock nuts and 2 M3x8mm screws.
The probe offset is:
X : -40.0
Y : 0.0
Z : approximately -2.0
One regular version, and one version for excentric spacers.
Fan Duct
Cooling fan setup that uses one
radial fan°. It also needs 4 M3*8mm screws and 4 nylock nuts that are captured in the fan mount part...so don't forget to pause print.
For yet it uses a single fan, but I'ld like to make a dual fan version....one day...
I don't use volcano ; so if the need arises, feel free to ask it in comment with the exact offset it needs. I'll adapt it to the fan mount, and will make a shim for the BlTouch.
