Description
I accidentally broke the heat break on the stock Tronxy X3A hot end so I decided to hookup one of my Chinese clone "JHead E3D V5" hot ends. I couldn't find a design that I liked that could accommodate the stock autolevel sensor on the X3A and also the stock cooler on the hot end so I designed one for myself.
UPDATE 27-Jun-2017: Sorry, forgot to upload all design files yesterday. Recommend ABS or other heat resistant filament at 35% infill or greater. The blower duct can be printed without support if positioned as shown in pics. I recommend support for the other 2 pieces, but only for the 90° overhangs so it will be minimal support and easily removed.
UPDATE 28-Jun-2017: Finally had time to print this design and do a quick test fit. Fits just like the model. I'll probably connect and test drive the new hot end tomorrow:)
