Description
I use swapable hotends and was looking for a way to quicky connect my bowden tubes to the hotend. I couldn´t find anything so I created something myself.
My design uses four 5x3mm round magnets (like https://es.aliexpress.com/item/100pcs-Free-Shipping-Disc-Mini-5x3mm-N50-Rare-Earth-Strong-Neodymium-Magnet-Bulk-Super-Magnets-N50/2017438552.html) that holds and aligns the two parts, you can do without as normally the filament will prevent the two parts from sliding out. however it´s convenient when loading/changing the filament.
The pneumatic fittings are of the 4.3mm bore type (the ptfe tube can travel thru the fitting)

assemble:
press magnets into holes (make sure that the are oriented all the same so they will not repel each other)
Insert the ptfe tube thru the fitting, screw the fitting in the part. push the tube so it just exists the printed part, cut off flush with the surface. On the small part you can shape the end in a funnel ( or V) shape a bit for easy filament loading
Usage:
loading: slide the two parts together, insert filament as usual
unloading: Remove filament (at least as far as it has cleared the parts), slide the parts to separate.
