02 Arena - Millenium Dome

My 2nd Thingiverse model and I am really pleased with this. I have really pushed the boundaries of my very limited CAD designs skills. I have designed this as a night light and I think it looks amazing with the colour changing bulbs.

02 Arena - Millenium Dome
I have made this to scale and is a large print at 200mm Diameter, the Millenium Dome was created as an exhibition centre for the year 2000, since then it has been taken over by O2 and is now 1 very successful venue for concerts and shows.

The Dome has been designed with very specific dimensions to celebrate the new year.
The Dome itself is 365 meters in diameter to represent the days of the year.
The Dome is 52 meters high (Excluding the spikes) to represent the weeks of the year.
The Dome is split into 12 segments with 12 spikes representing the months of the year.
