Many Thanks to- ”Mr Gael” Inmoov’s Designer

Inmoov Bicep Covers-

Update*- 2018 Feb-- Mr Gael has changed the Bicep framing so make sure you use the old version of the Bicep Frame if you use these Covers-- I I'm currently modding the Bicep frame too,,,, this is part of "Tweaking" process to improve inmoov performance and building process--

These are the Bicep Covers made into 1piece,,,,the have been Printed and all good so far,,, but further refinement might be needed to make them a perfect fit,,

Print with support --- Personal I use Slic3r with-2 Perimeters at 40mm/sec with 50% Infill and a default Layer width at 0.45mm and layer Hight is 0.2mm – for these parts (Nozzle is 0.4mm Ed3v6)

Use a large” Brim” at least 15 loops and 3 to 5 layers high,,,, a slight over extrusion on the first layer or lower your Extruder buy 0.1mm in the software is good idea – either way just make sure you have good adhesion –

Slow the infill speed to 60mm/sec so you don’t shake the shit out of the part too much,,, mainly because there tall and very narrow with very small Footprint – but use whatever setting that work with your printer,,,,,,

There’s some “Shim Sheets” in with my other parts if you need them,
The Covers are the original STL files converted to SketchUp and then where Simply hand stitched together to make them one piece,,,

The bottoms have had a flat section added for better bed adhesion the amount of modification made to the original part is so small you won’t know the difference but it really was a pain in the ass to do,,,,,

SketchUp file is Included
