I put together a baby cam with a Raspberry Pi 3 and a Logitech C310. The previous solution had a lot of visible wires and had the added risk of my wife spilling water into the Anker USB hub. My son since moved rooms, so that was a good excuse to quickly design a better mount.
The distance between the front and the hole fits the Logitech C310 webcam. It sits at a 30* angle looking right. One screw hole mounts it to the wall. This is very specific to my solution but maybe one of you could make use of it too.
Note: The camera wire was crazy long and needed to be shortened. The process is easy enough if you have some heat shrink and a soldering iron laying around. TIP: Cut the data and power wires to different lengths before soldering. It'll prevent a giant knuckle in the middle of the cable.
