Kossel Clear OctoPrint Wi-Fi-Pi camera case and mount

A USB Wi-Fi adapter is at the end of an extension cable. It gives me better coverage than if the adapter is plugged directly in the Pi. I made a mount for the cable to keep the adapter in the air - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:241023.

A ball joint allows the camera angle to be adjusted. I used a 4" flex cable from Adafruit - http://www.adafruit.com/products/1646. It's a lot shorter than the original cable. There's a rectangular collar that can be installed around the socket arms to apply tension to the ball. You may not need it if the socket arms are printed with PLA. There's a gusset inside of the case that keeps the arms parallel, but ABS seems to be a bit flexible. I opted to add a collar as opposed to beefing up the arms. Why? I don't know.

The mount keeps the camera close to the print bed -- too close in fact so the Pi's camera can't really focus on the print job. I might look into trying accessory lenses to bring the focus in. But otherwise, it does a good job of allowing me to monitor the print job via OctoPrint.
