Description
A simple catapult for launching coins, erasers and stuff.
I created this thing for teaching the process of 2D CNC milling.
The task was to set up the file for the CNC machine, including making required breakout links.
I used Rhino 3D to draw the plan, MecSoft RhinoCAM to write the program and a StepFour Xpert CNC machine controlled by Eding CNC Host to cut the pieces.
The drawing is suitable for 5mm material sheets and 3mm routing bits.
It's also possible to laser cut the pieces.
