Update Feb 2023: I have created a one way air valve which is especially useful to prevent backdraft when the unit is not in use, or if you have more than one running on the same pipe ducting. Gasket
The gasket seems essential because dirty air drawn through the HEPA filter can potentially flow along above the top activated carbon in the chamber. To prevent this I added a gasket with a small flap which can be pushed past the lip of the frame down into the carbon chamber to stop any air simply passing straight through. This should help force the are through the Activated Carbon Charcoal to remove smells etc.

Support bracket
Strengthened and widened the support bracket as the complete filter unit weighs around 750g - nearly 2lb.
Printed in PLA but may benefit from ABS or similar if your enclosure temperatures go very high!
Filter Cover
This lid may help reduce the risk of stirring up the captured fine dust and improves the overall appearance of the HEPA filter assembly.
The lid is a close fit, enlarge as required. The best way to check for a good close fit is to cut off object bottom, (see CURA image above) or other slicer by 18mm and just print the lip to see how well it fits your HEPA filter assembly before printing the whole lid.
NozzleToFan: Added NozzleToFan2.stl component to enlarge the recirculated air outlet in line with fan output foot print and included honeycomb grille to match the lid.
Fan Gasket: Print two. Added to improve sound and vibration damping - print in TPU or similar high flex filament.
