Savox Servo-0236MG

This is Perfect copy of the “Savox -0236MG” which are the Large Servos for R/C Buggies and Inmoov etc,,, also known as- 1/4 Scale or even 1/5 Scale Servo’s for some reason too– The Servo Dimension where taking from the Savox Spec sheet and from the Savox Servo that I have-

The Round Servo Horn is a Perfect Copy I have left the spline Pattern “Off” and the
Centre Mount Screw “OFF” this Version,,,, but will Release a Printable Servo Horn that is a perfect fit and won’t strip out (still in testing stage)

The “Manual Movement” Version is exactly that,,,, a small Knob on the base lets you turn the Servo Horn –
The “Static Version” is exactly that,,

They have been Printed and tested so there’s no Problems with them,,
Use a M3 – 12mm Screw to attach the Knob or 4gauge- 1 /2 inch depending where you are in the world –

The servo with the Horn Installed should be – 67mm High

Print Servo “With Support” in its current position- using 2 “Perimeters will cut down printing time and there’s a Hollow Box Section in there so it doesn’t waste to much Filament -

Sketch-Up Fie is Included for Mod Work,,, the Model version is there too-

Note* The Different Mounting Hole Position Between the Savox and the HS BB-805 is only - 0.5mm
Savox is 17.5mm Deep
BB-805 is 18mm Deep
There Both 75mm Across for the mounting Holes
So thats not a problem,,,,,,

The main reason for make these besides Modelling purpose was to make a working servo that is printable,,,, using external electronics that runs Kwatters Servo Program – the Gear Train is Coming along Nicely but is has been a slow Process of Trail&Error ,,,,,,,
