Orvillian blaster Remix

First off, Thank you for Bianca for the wonderful sculpting...working off of screen caps is difficult.

As further episodes gave us more detail, I modified the blaster to fit the changes. The overall size is a little bigger/thicker and the grip has been extended to accommodate a larger hand. The front shroud angle was made more acute. I added three breakaway supports to the nose for ease of printing. A hollow was created on top for a lighted display using a T-1 LED, and channels for a AAA battery pack and wire runs put into each half. (See photo of wiring diagram) The trigger mechanism is a plunger designed to work with mini pushbuttons, and three T-5 LED sockets are hollowed in the nose emitter. The trigger well has a breakaway support, as well as the trigger plunger shaft. On the right half there are four small holes for thin case screws (pilot holes will need to be drilled.) I included a channel in the grip to add an optional master micro slide switch, but a fresh set of batteries will run the top display for an entire weekend of cosplay without needing to be changed.
