You can easily design and swap screens according to your taste.
M3 Screws are only needed for the speaker, the RPi snap fits to the base.
Download the fusion 360 file and change the holes in the back if you like.
Or add a mounting hole for an arcade stick, maybe make a smaller hole for another button you might have.
It is very easy.
