Description
i was looking for an anti noise feet for my printer and turns out prusa research already made one. but the thing about the files they shared is stl file is a solid and gcode files are distorted. i think gcode was made by hand and instead of offsetting they moved the vectors.
the link to prusa research files: http://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/
gcode distortion: https://prnt.sc/hrbmvv
maybe solid stl model can be printed as just a shell and without caps but i only use PrusaControl software and that didn't have an option like that.
anyways the stl is just a shell and it prints around 3 borders(4 in someplaces). when you print it with pla it is flexible enough to cancel the noise and stiff enough to hold the weight of printer. i didn't try it with abs but apperently it works with it too.
