Bibo Glass Clamp with Optional Lip

I broke one of my glass clamps the other day, Bibo said they would send me another, but the boat is pretty slow at getting here. So I created a program to make them. One of the things I found is the holes on the aluminum bed are not symmetrical. So settings on one side will not necessary fit correctly on the other side.

The default settings are what I used for mine. But most can be changed in case you want the fit to be different.

This will create both left and right one at a time.
I added a Lip feature that will hold the glass close to the bed so it wont lift for whatever reason. Seems to work really well I thought I might have to have some adjustment but I don't have any problem getting the glass in and out as needed to remove prints. This has been working great for me my Alum. bed will warp down for whatever reason and the glass will start rocking. This lip helps a lot with that problem. Before i would just bend the bed up again. That's how I broke the lip in the first place. I would advise not to make lip too big other wise if you have a problem and restart the printer and the nozzles stick to the bed your glass could break if the printer tries to home without heating the nozzles first.

I printed mine out of PLA 20% infill, top down with supports. I printed top down to make everything as accurate as possible. the Support is only for the recess for the screw. I found after a couple of prints the i have to tighten everything up. I have close to 100 prints on mine now and they are holding tight. no issues with PLA.

The clamp with the screw in should not wiggle much if at all. If it does you may need to adjust the Screw XY positions.

Other than that if your running the stock Bibo you probably wont have any other adjustments. Other than Lip or no Lip.

Also you can print the settings on top of the clamp. There are so many I cant really read mine printed but you can on the STL, in-case if you need the settings later. can also change the Version on the back side so you can track which is which. Either or both can be disabled if you don't want them.

i have included the NS(No Settings) version .STL which do not have the settings written on top or bottom of the clamps so it will print a little cleaner..
