When I tried to print these there seemed to be some problems with the files and they were unprintable. So I just replicated the design in Fusion 360 and printed them today.

These connectors are desinged to allow you to connect floor pieces from the rocket pig series of tilescape together with far less cost/time than the standard bases they offer.
