Description
This adjustable Stepper Mount was designed for a DIY laser cutter project.
The Stepper Mount is fixed with two M4 with 20mm screws and T-Nuts.
The case itself is attached to the item profile with two M4 screws and the matching M4 T-Nuts. With the upper screw, the endstop can now be precisely adjusted
(+) adjustable X,Y & Z axis
(+) very precise and form-fitting
(+) high stability if the infill is increased accordingly
(-) only for Nema 17 steppers & and in shape the same stepper
-> The x-axis can be adjusted with the offset of the Item Profile from a line.
-> The y-axis can be adjusted via the two M4 fixing screws.
-> The z-axis can roughly be made by changing the direction of the item profile and fine by moving the gear on the stepper axis.
