Description

Proprietary connector are always a bad thing, especially when you broke a couple of eachine assassin 180 racing drone, and you don't have anything that can use theirs (quite decent) batteries.
This is a case/adapter that can use the batteries easily, as they were supposed to be used: slide in and lock.
I've used (bended and glued) some nickel strips, commonly used for the DIY battery packs, but you can use any kind of metal sheet that can reach the contacts inside the battery's plastic case and that can carry enough amps.
The contacts from which you can draw current are the three ones on each side, the 2 central one have other purposes (maybe temperature check).
I've used only 4 contacts out of 6 (3 positive, and 3 negative) because my plan is to absorb no more than 20 amps (25 max), and the original configuration with 6 connector was supposed to carry more than 50 amps. In any case, the more the better.

PS: we are talking about DANGEROUS Li-Po batteries, maybe injured because of some crashes, therefore I'm not responsible for anything bad that may happen if you build one of these (especially if you decide not to use your brain and play with this kind of stuff without the proper knowledge).

PPS: despite of the photos, the attached solid file is v2, and there are two "holes" on each side that can accept a standard M3 allen screw's head. If you want also this side mechanical connection you should use a drop of glue also here, otherwise just forget it.
