Wearable Cat Ears Hair Band - rigid and flexible options

Update 5/20/2018: Version 4: CatEar_HairBand04.STL now has little ribs on the inner curve to help the hairband stay in place.

My daughter wanted a "cat ears" hair band, so using one of her old hair bands as a model, she and I created two versions (rigid and flexible). She and her friends are enjoying them.

This design even allows dogs to go undercover and explore the secret world of cats - as seen in the 2nd picture. Thanks to barb_3dprintny for sharing the picture and check out her Armadillo (Nylon like) print of this design.

Printing Instructions: (easy)

1. Print with no raft and no support.
2. 20% or more infill, more if you want greater durability
3. Scale as needed for your head size. Currently, model "CatEar_HairBand02.STL" is setup to fit an average 7-12 year old child. The flexible model "CatEar_HairBand03.STL" will fit all sizes (even my big fat adult head) comfortably.

Optional:

1. Change print colors in the middle of the print to customize the ear color, then change back to the base color before the print is completed.
2. Or color in the ears with sharpie or paint
3. Or cut out stickers for custom ear color.
