CR-10 / Ender Hotend Cover For 5015 Blower

PLEASE READ: THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS

First off.. The thing is designed to not require screws to hold the 5015 fan in place, and to do that requires a tighter fit than screw hold type hotend covers, so take caution in how difficult your particular fan feels during installation where its meant to snap fit where the fan is clipped together and take additional caution along with finesse while removing the fan. I've actually been able to unhook my fans from the front side, but I've been very careful in doing so. I would appreciate feedback so I can improve the any issues you may have with this thing, and one day remove the W.I.P. from the items title. Thanks and continue reading :)

This may not fit your 5015 blower/fan! Please print the small part named "5015 Fan Fit" before committing to the full part. The 5015 Fan Fit part is the fan section of the main part that will answer your questions on whether or not your fan will fit, and if it does then you're good to go. If the test part does not fit, then I would appreciate it if you could help me with dimensions or other information that helps me make a version that will fit. There are differences in the fan body from one manufacturer to the next and I hope to make a version that will either fit all or separate versions to accommodate the different fan housings.

I've created this part to print upside down with very little difficulty, and have eliminated the need for screws to hold the 5015 in place, or at least that's the goal for this work in progress. I am currently using this part on my CR-10S with no issues, and will continue to modify it to weigh less, maybe look cooler, and work better.

I've included an STL for a small clip that will snap on to the 5015 that holds the bowden tube in the center to prevent the tube from moving from one side or the other just in case it tries to catch on the side of the fan unexpectedly, so I recommend using it to help eliminate a possible issue.

This hot-end/fan housing directs cooling where it's needed and it does so with symmetry, and reduces unnecessary cooling of the heat block.
