This is are working air ventilations for the Rift CV1 recommended for spectacle wearer.
Adjust the Straws between Glasses and Rift Lenses und you never get fogging anymore ;-). Be sure to adjust it wright to avoiod draught to your Eyes...........

You need a 35mm Radial Notebook-Fan 5V like this
