97-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ Center Console Latch

For anyone that has this style XJ: the factory latch is broken more often than intact. Most people probably aren't aware that it's even supposed to latch closed! This was designed with the remaining parts of my latch and some very scientific wild guesses. The thin areas that make the flexible hinge may not last; if so, look for revision 2 after more testing...

After more testing and per Slowcarton's suggestion, I've added a raw version meant to printed on it's side: jeep-latch-side.stl. This adds a bit of strength and allows for more repeated flexing of the hinge. I used a 30 deg overhang angle and 30% infill on a raft for a nice print quality. It is a lot more wasteful of filament, though.
