Description
Not long after getting my Dell Visor I managed to break the gearing inside so when I tried to get it tight on my head it would simply come loose again. This is basically a copy of the main ratchet gear found inside. Currently it seems to ratchet and hold very well but further testing (gaming) will need to be done.
I printed this on my Haribo at 100% infill and 0.1mm layer height in PETG with supports.
